Welcome to Illuminate Mental Health Resources (IMHR)! Our organization is dedicated to compiling data and recourses on mental health in the workplace in order to raise awareness, improve accessibility, and ease isolation by building a digital bridge to the mental health community.

Problem Statement

A 2016 Mental Health in the Tech Industry survey revealed that mental health plays a large role in job performance and productivity, but employers often fail to provide resources to learn more about mental health concerns or formally discuss mental health in the workplace. As a result, employees with mental illnesses may feel isolated and lack access to immediate mental health assistance.

Mission Statement

Illuminate Mental Health Resources (IMHR) seeks to streamline access to mental health resources across the country to substitute insufficient discussions on mental health in the workplace. By creating digestible representations of mental health statistics and concentrating mental health resources, IMHR alleviates feelings of isolation and improves accessibility to mental health resources.
